To our esteemed clients,

I have spent a lot of time and money training for this and are very excited to offer this service.  Please know that we continue our education in the permanent make up industry as Sherene intends to attend the browfest in the Netherlands later this year and will also privately train with esteemed microbladers and permanent make up artists well known in the industry.

Please do not drink any caffeine within two hours of your microblade appointment.  It’s also imperative that touch up session be scheduled within 4-6 weeks of initial microblading. So we can make the most of our time with you, please be respectful our time and give us a cancellation notice no less than 48 hours in advance.

-Sherene

How long does it take?
Each appointment lasts approximately 2 hours, even though the microstroking itself is approximately 60 minutes. Emphasis is placed on discussing expectations, design, and modifying the brow design. The procedure isn’t started until the design is agreed upon and an outline is drawn on the brows for final approval.

Does it hurt?!
This soft feather stroke etched in skin to resemble brow hairs is done with topical numbing agent to insure the best experience with little to no pain. There are up to two different numbing agents that are repeatedly applied during the procedure to make sure the client experiences as little discomfort as possible. Discomfort will vary from person to person.

Who is the ideal client for microblading/microstroking?
The ideal microblading permanent eyebrow candidate is a non-smoker, in optimal health, healthy skin and can lie face up for one hour.

How long does it take to see the results?
Neat clean crisp hairstrokes are immediately visible in brow line. The results are immediate and fabulous!

What is the healing process like?
The healing process is easy as NO touching, NO pampering, NO dressing. Do not apply any aftercare creams. There is no downtime after the procedure. Never ever touch treated area without thoroughly washing hands to avoid infection.

How long does it last? Is it permanent?
Microstroking service can last up to two years, depending on aftercare, skin type, lifestyle and preference.

Do I need to come back regularly for touch ups?
Touch ups (additional hair strokes and/or richer pigment) are available as a refinement after 4 – 6 weeks, once the initial microstroking is healed.

Does the color or pigment ever change?
After about 6 weeks, the true color/pigment will apparent. A ghosting phase will appear approximately 4 weeks after the microstroking procedure where pigment will seem lighter. The pigment is the darkest right after the procedure and will lighten over time.

What kind of training does Sherene have?
Sherene trained at prestigious world renown Daria Chupry’s Permanent Make-up Academy in Beverly Hills, California in early November 2015. At the end of the 70+ long hours long of intense training, she earned her certificate of completion. A certificate of completion in Safety, Sanitation & Blood-borne Pathogens course was also earned in tandem, to compliment the very meticulous perfection-based service of microblading.

Can I my eyebrows be waxed or tinted prior to microblading?
If you intend to have your eyebrows waxed or tinted before microblade service please do so one week prior to microblade service as waxing could cause temporary inflammation therefore distorting skin and tinting can interfere with color choosing of pigment used in microblade service.
